Knight, McGuire & Associates, Inc. is a full service Civil Engineering Company offering capabilities in site development, utilities, stormwater, roadways, traffic analysis, environmental consulting, construction plan preparation, permitting, and project coordination at local, state & regional levels. The principle engineers and owners, David Knight and Scott McGuire, have been practicing engineers since1983/84. Both have a thorough understanding of site development process; planning, design, permitting, and cost control.

All projects are managed and completed under the direction of one of the principles and/or one of several qualified associates. All projects are planned and designed with consideration to the environment, the client's vision, economics, building codes, permit requirements, and common sense. Frequent on-site evaluations and client/consultant, architect/consultant meetings are performed during design and construction. Our reputation has developed from this approach as a consultant that provides high quality personal service on a timely and efficient schedule. All drafting is done by CADD, incorporating the latest engineering software. Since our incorporation in May 1992, the company has been involved in over 300 projects, with an impressive list of clients.
