SMALL AND LARGE SITE PLANS
Vero
Beach
Our work on this project consisted of engineering redesign due to
extensive hurricane damage and a major addition to the hotel seaward of
the Coastal Construction Control Line. This work was completed in 2009.
Walgreens

KMA was responsible for the rezoning, site plan and plat approval
process for the Walgreens pharmacy and the necessary commercial
subdivsion. In addition to the standard planning, paving, grading,
and drainage design for the site plan, our work also included a
signifcant offsite water main extension and design, permitting, and
construction of an FDOT turn lane on US1.

at Fellsmere -
This planned development project was recently approved by City
Council for commercial, mixed use, and residential development.
We worked with the clients through the annexation process into
the City of
Pioneer
Trails, New Smyrna Beach, FL
This is a proposed mixed use community on 840 acres, of which
half will be actively fire-managed and placed under a perpetual
conservation easement. Our firm serves as the project coordinator
for the consulting team, which includes engineers, planners, attorneys,
and environmental consultants.
ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNING
Indian
River Land Trust Greenway Plan
KMA is working with the Indian River Land Trust to provide a greenway
for public access to pristine Indian River Lagoon fronatge property.
Services provided by KMA on this project include project coordination,
environmental permitting, engineering, construction plans, and grant
